Qualitative Fit Test Kit
Since the introduction of the Control of
Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) in 1989, the training
in the proper use and care of respirators has been a mandatory
requirement.
Revisions in November 2002 now recommends a
‘fit test’ when using ‘tight fitting respirators’ The Approved Code
of Practice (AcoP) details and advises on the correct procedure.
